This website provides information about my travel planning and concierge services and allows prospective clients to make inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, confirm travel arrangements, guarantee availability or create an obligation to purchase travel services.

Michael Westgate Private Travel Concierge operates in affiliation with Trevello Ontario Incorporated, a TICO-registered travel retailer. Travel bookings and transactions are conducted through Trevello Ontario Incorporated in accordance with applicable Ontario travel industry requirements.

Travel Planning and Bookings
Travel recommendations, quotations, availability and pricing are subject to change until arrangements are formally confirmed through the applicable booking process.
Where you choose to proceed with travel arrangements, additional terms, conditions, payment requirements, cancellation policies and supplier terms may apply. These will be communicated as appropriate during the booking process.
Third-Party Travel Suppliers
Travel services such as air transportation, accommodations, cruises, tours, transfers and other travel experiences are ultimately provided by independent third-party suppliers. Those services are subject to the applicable supplier's own terms, conditions, policies and restrictions.

Prices, availability, itineraries and travel information may change without notice. Information presented on this website is intended for general information and inspiration and should not be considered a confirmed quotation or reservation.
Travel Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet applicable passport, visa, entry, health, immigration and other requirements associated with their journey. Requirements may change, and travellers should verify current requirements before departure.
Travel Insurance
